Ingeniería Celular Andina, S.A. (ICA) is one of the American subsidiaries located in Peru. This company has been leader in one of the most emblematic projects carried out by the CYS Group: the creation of the first Cellular Network with CDMA technology in Latin America.

This network is currently operating in Lima and the provinces, and it provides communication to over 300,000 persons. During this project, under the leadership of ICA, several commutation stations and over 150 Base Stations have been installed.
